Since March 2024, our chef Jay has been leading the kitchen brigade. He brings with him a wealth of experience and creativity, and we are confident that his culinary skills and passion for exceptional products will bring a refreshing touch to our kitchen.

Brasserie
Brasserie Damier is a cozy, Parisian bistro, where we serve the classic bistro kitchen, both à la carte and menu. The menu in the brasserie and restaurant is the same. Young and old are welcome.
You can enjoy our terrace on the Grote Markt.
